System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm panel is a Simplex 4007ES installed in April 2018. The original panel was a Simplex 4010, but was replaced for a "repair." There is an annunciator, but the panel is in an unknown location.

Annunciators

There is a Simplex 4606-9202 (red) color touchscreen annunciator at the Best Buy entrance. It replaced the original Simplex 4606-9101 LCD annunciator in 2018.

Notification Appliances

The notification appliances are mostly the original Simplex "TrueAlert" 4906-9127 (red, wall, multi-candela) horn/strobes. For the Dollarama, there are Simplex "TrueAlert" 4906-9128 (red, ceiling, multi-candela) horn/strobes installed in 2020. Outside behind the plaza, there are two System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" P2RK (red, wall) weatherproof horn/strobes, which are also original. They were installed due to Simplex not making any weatherproof horn/strobes.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are all original from 2008. They are Simplex 4099-9001.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Simplex 4098-9601 smoke detectors seen throughout.
