FACP

The hotel is protected by a Mircom FA-1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located next to the front desk. This panel replaced an Edwards 6500, and is installed in the cabinet of the former 6500. All notification appliances are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10” gong). There are no notification appliances in the rooms.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are fourth-generation Edwards 270-SPO conventional single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Edwards EDW1451A 2-wire conventional ionization smoke detectors throughout the hotel, as well as one defective Edwards 6264B smoke detector.
