‘’’City Hall Parkade’’’ is an underground parkade located near the Calgary Municipal Building in Downtown Calgary, Alberta. It opened in 1975, but does not have the original system.

System Specifications

FACP

The parkade is protected by a Simplex 4100ES addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room. The system runs Simplex’s IDNet addressable protocol, and does code 3 in alarm.

Annunciators

There is a Simplex 4100-9212 “operator interface” annunciator in the main lobby.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are Simplex “TrueAlert ES” 49AV-WRF addressable horn/strobes (red, wall-mount).

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Simplex 4099-9001 addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Simplex “TrueAlarm” 4098-9714 addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building.
