5201 30 Ave is a small plaza in the city of Beaumont, AB. It consists of Jeb's No Frills and a Dollar Tree. The plaza built in 2005 as Extra Foods, and in 2011 was converted to No Frills, with a Dollar Tree opening in 2015.

The fire alarm panel is an EST QuickStart QS1 with the QuickStart label ripped off. It is located in the entrance of Jeb's No Frills.
Notification Appliances
The notification appliances in the No Frills and most of the Dollar Tree are EST "Genesis" G1-HDVM (white, wall, no FIRE) horn/strobes. The Dollar Tree has one EST G1F-HDVM (white, wall, FIRE) horn/strobe. Outside the No Frills, there is an EST Integrity 757-7A-T horn/strobe, which remained from the original system.

The pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations. The ones in No Frills are original.
