The SpectrAlert Advanced series is a series of notification appliances manufactured by System Sensor. They are selectable-output notification appliances, and plug in designs. The series was introduced in 2006, but most of the series was discontinued in 2017 in favor of the new L-series that year, but the weatherproof models of the SpectrAlert Advanced series are still being produced today. The horns and horn/strobes are well-known for their extremely loud sound, up to a whopping 101 dB max!

- P2R - 2-wire, red, wall mount horn/strobe (the most common model in Calgary)
- P2RH - 2-wire, red, wall mount horn/strobe, high candela.
- P2W - 2-wire, white, wall mount horn/strobe,
- P2HW - 2-wire, white, wall mount horn/strobe, high candela
- P4R - 4-wire, red, wall mount horn/strobe
- P4RH - 4-wire, red, wall mount horn/strobe, high candela
- P4W - 4-wire, white, wall mount horn/strobe
- P4WH - 4-wire, white, wall mount horn/strobe, high candela
