Ski Tip Lodge is a 4-story apartment building in Panorama Mountain Resort, BC. The address for this is 2050 Summit Drive. It was built in 1997, and has the original fire alarm system. The lodge also has guest services on the main floor.

The lodge is protected by a Notifier AFP-400 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown, but assumed from the annunciator. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is continuous.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier LCD-80 LCD annunciator at the main entrance.
Notification Appliances
The main notification appliances are Notifier KMS-10-24VDC motor bells (10" gong). On the main floor, by the stairwell, there is an Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bell (10" gong). Why it is there is unknown, but it is also original. The units have Wheelock MIZ-24-W (white) mini-horns, and some units also have Wheelock LS1M-24 remote strobes (red, 15/75cd).
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
The pull stations are all Notifier NFM-950B conventional pull stations. They are wired to Notifier MMX-101A addressable modules, located behind each station.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier CPX-551A ionization addressable smoke detectors throughout.
