Colonial Apartments is a small apartment building located at 1925 11 Avenue Southwest, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building opened in 1963, and the fire alarm system is from the 2000s. The fire alarm system was last inspected by FIS in 2019.

FACP

The building is protected by a Mircom FA-1025T conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located at the main entrance. The system coding is continuous as the horn/strobes are self coding.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are Mircom "Select-A-Horn/Strobe" FHS-240R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to broadband/15cd). For outdoor notification, there is an Amseco SLB24-75C weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance.
