Ski Tip Lodge is a 4-story apartment building in Panorama Mountain Resort, BC. It was built in 1997, and has the original system. The lodge also has guest services on the main floor.

System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm panel is a Notifier, either an AFP-400 or an AFP1010, as there is a Notifier LCD-80 annunciator at the main entrance. The panel itself is original, but not visible as it is probably in an electrical room.

Notification Appliances

The main notification appliances are Notifier KMS-10-24VDC motor bells. The units have Wheelock MIZ-24-W mini-horns, and some also have Wheelock LSM-24 remote strobes beside the mini-horns. These signals are all original, but on the main floor, by the stairwell to go down to the basement where the annunciator is, there's an Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bell that's also original. Why it's there is unknown.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are all original, they are Notifier NFM-950B.

Automatic Detection Devices

None noticed.
