The Rec Room is a Canadian chain of entertainment restaurants owned by Cineplex. This particular restaurant is located at 1725 99 Street Northwest, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The restaurant opened in 2015, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Mircom QX-5000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Outdoors
There are a mix of System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” SPSCWKA weatherproof speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 70V) and System Sensor SPCWKA weatherproof remote speakers (white, ceiling-mount, set to 70V) outdoors.
