Annunciators

There is one RAX-LCD located at the front entrance.

Notification Appliances

Notification Appliances consist of System Sensor P1224MCKA (red, weatherprooof) horn/strobes. With some devices being replaced by a previous company with System Sensor P2RLA (red, indoor) horn/strobes some of which have failed due to this being a walk-up building and being exposed to the elements. There is also one Mircom FHS-400RR (red, wall-mount) indoor horn/strobe installed in the Boiler Room. None of them are synchronized.

Pull stations in most of the building are in outdoor spaces and consist of two Mircom MS-401 single-action conventional pull stations mounted at each of the two stairwells/exits with a Mircom MIX-M500DMA dual monitor module mounted in the West stairwell on each floor to monitor each of the two pull stations on that floor. Other pull stations consist of Mircom MS-401AP addressable single action pull stations.
