System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Siemens FireFinder XLS addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Siemens' FirePrint addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal. This panel replaced a Siemens MXL-IQ following a renovation in 2013.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are Siemens U-MMT-S17 horn/strobes (red, wall mount, 15cd, horn tone). Some areas have Siemens MTH-MC-R-B horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/horn) as deficiency replacements.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations are Siemens MSI-51B addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Siemens FP-11 addressable multisensor smoke/heat detectors throughout the facility.
