Irving is a chain of gas stations owned by Irving Oil. They are located in all provinces east of Ontario, and have locations in several Northeast States. They are known for having very clean washrooms, and also for their Big Stop restaurants. This particular station is located at 162 Trans-Canada Highway, in Come By Chance, Newfoundland, Canada. The station was originally built in the 1970s, but was demolished and rebuilt in 2015. The fire alarm system is original to the current building.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Notifier's FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier LCD2-80 annunciator paired with a Notifier ACM-24AT annunciator at the main entrance. Both annunciators are mounted in a Notifier ABS-2D enclosure.
