The Simplex 4006 is a 5 zone, 2 NAC conventional panel. It is expandable to 10 zones and 4 NACs. There are several different models of 4006, with small differences.

4006-9101: Red door.
4006-9102: Beige door.
4006-9121: Red door, 24 LED annunciator built into cabinet.
