The house was built in 1973.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The house is protected by an EST iO1000 Addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the basement furnace/boiler room. The panel replaced an Edwards 2280 in December of 2021.

The system runs EST's Signature-series addressable protocol, and the system coding is Temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

The Notification Appliances consist of a mix of Edwards 439D-6AWC (6" gong) vibrating bells and Simplex 2901-9723 motor bells (6" gong)

Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

The manual pull stations consist of Notifier MPS-950B conventional single action pull stations and Notifier LNG-1R (Red) dual action conventional pull stations. These pull stations are wired into EST SIGA CT-1 monitor modules.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

The Automatic Detection Devices consist of EST SIGA-PD addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.
