The system is serviced by AFS Fire & Safety.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. This panel was installed in 2018, and replaced the original Notifier AFP-200. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are System Sensor "SpectrAlert" P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall mount, 15cd).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations are a mix of Notifier MPS-950B and NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations. All stations are wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules, located directly behind each station.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA low-profile bases. [[] [[]
