FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The main panel is located in the security office, with a node in the TD Bank vestibule. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.

Annunciators

There is an Edwards EST3-6ANN annunciator in the north entrance vestibule.

Notification Appliances

Most notification appliances are a mix of Edwards 965-5A-8RW speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, 70V, 15cd) and Edwards 965-1A-8RW remote speakers (white, wall-mount, 70V). Some areas have Edwards “Genesis” GCSVWN speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 70V/15cd). For outdoor notification, there are Wheelock ET-1010W weatherproof remote speakers (white, wall-mount) in some areas.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

Most pull stations are EST SIGA-270P addressable two-stage single-action pull stations. Some areas have Edwards 270-GAO conventional two-stage single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
