City Centre Parkade is a public parking garage located at 340 10 Avenue Southwest, in Downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The parkade is owned by the Calgary Parking Authority, and is also known as CPA Lot 25, or the 10th Avenue Parkade. The parkade opened in 1978, and the fire alarm system was upgraded in the 2000s and in 2020. No information is known about the original fire alarm system.

The building is protected by a Simplex 4100U conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room on floor 4A. The system coding is temporal.

The main areas of the parkade have Simplex “TrueAlert” 4906-9131 weatherproof horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) mounted in weatherproof enclosures. The elevator lobbies have Simplex 4906-9128 horn/strobes (red, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd). The basement has Simplex 4906-9127 horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
