The Inglewood Bird Sanctuary is a natural park and visitor’s centre located at 2425 9 Avenue Southeast, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This page will cover the visitor’s centre, which opened in 1996. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 2016.

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are Mircom MIX-2251APA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some areas, and Mircom MIX-5251RAPA addressable 135°F fixed/rate-of-rise heat detectors in some areas. All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
