8327 48 Avenue Garage is a small residential garage in Bowness, built in 1975. The system is currently owned by User:AdenK2333.

System Specifications

FACP

The fire alarm panel is an ADT Unimode 10UD-7. Most of the zones are unused and simply have a resistor across them due to the small size of the garage.

Notification Appliances

The one notification appliance is a Wheelock MT-241575W-FR 15/75cd Multi-Tone 4 wire Horn/Strobe (Wall/Red) set on steady horn. The panel’s coding is on March Time for NAC 1 (Horn NAC) and Wheelock Sync for NAC 2 (Strobe NAC). NAC 2 is non-scilencable.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

The pull stations consists of two Edwards 278B-1120s pull stations (key lock, screw terminals).

Automatic Detection Devices

There is one automatic detection device, a System Sensor C2WTA-BA, 2-wire, photoelectric i3 smoke detector with a thermal sensor and a built-in sounder. The sounder was removed due to it being unneccesary and annoying. Freeze supervision for this zone is disabled due to the garage ambient temperature falls below freezing during the winter months.
