Madison Middle School is a middle school located at 875 Wilkes Dr, Eugene, OR. The school was built in 2004, and the fire alarm system is original.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by an FCI 7200 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the CACF room next to the gymnasium. The system runs FCI’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators

There is an FCI 7200 KDU 1120-0512 annunciator in the main lobby.

Notification Appliances

All indoor notification appliances are Wheelock AS-24MCW-FR horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
There are also Wheelock RSS-24MCW remote strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd) in areas requiring more visual coverage.
For outdoor notification, there are Wheelock AH-24WP weatherproof remote horns (red, wall-mount) around the outside of the school.
