DeVille at Quarry Park is a large apartment complex located at 85 Quarry Park Road Southeast, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The complex contains three towers. Towers 1 and 2 opened in 2022, and Tower 3 is still under construction. The fire alarm system is original.
System Specifications (Tower 1)
FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the CACF room on the ground floor. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with Notifier’s “Digital Voice Command (DVC)” voice evacuation system. The evacuation signal is a 520Hz temporal tone. This panel is networked to Tower 2 using a Notifier NCM network module.
Booster Panels
There are Notifier DAA-5070 digital 50 watt amplifiers on most floors, located in small unmarked rooms between units.
Annunciators
There is a Notifier NCA-2 network control annunciator in the CACF room.

The lobby and upper-floor corridors have System Sensor SPSCWLA speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, set to 15cd). The lobby, main floor common areas and parkade have System Sensor SPSWLA speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd). The lobby washrooms have System Sensor SWLA remote strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
Apartment Units
There are System Sensor SPSWLA speaker/strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 15cd/1/4 watt) in the living rooms. The bedrooms have System Sensor SPWLA remote speakers (white, wall-mount, set to ¼ watt).
Outside
There is a System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance. There is a System Sensor SPRKA weatherproof remote speaker (red, wall-mount) paired with a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) on the roof.

All areas but the parkade have Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations. The parkade has Notifier N-MPS-SA addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Notifier FSP-951A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the common areas, mounted on System Sensor B300A-6 low-profile bases. There are System Sensor DNRA addressable duct smoke detectors with Notifier FSP-951A addressable photoelectric smoke detector heads in them.
