Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago is a 4-star luxury hotel located at 9300 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Rosement, Illinois. It is part of the Regency chain, targeting business travelers, conventions, and is known for the very high atriums. This hotel was built in 1971, renovated in 2007 and extensively renovated in 2007. The fire alarm system was installed following the renovation, while most notification appliances were installed around 2002.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice-evacuation. The alarm pattern is a slow whoop followed by a built-in message.

Ballrooms and Convention Spaces

Most ballrooms, including the Grand Ballroom, Bajaras, and Heathrow spaces have Wheelock E70-241575W speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd).
The International Ballroom has EST G4RF-S7VM speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 15/75cd).
The Rosemont Ballroom has Wheelock E70-R speakers (red, wall-mount) next to Wheelock RSS-241575 remote strobes (red, wall-mount, 15/75cd).

Guest Rooms

Each guest room has a Wheelock E90-W speaker (white, ceiling-mount). These are mostly wall-mounted, but can be ceiling mounted.
Some guest rooms have Wheelock RSS-24110W strobes (red, wall-mount, 110cd) next to the aforementioned speakers.
