Homewood Suites is a chain of midrange hotels owned by Hilton. The chain is headquartered in Mclean, Virginia, USA, and has locations worldwide. This particular hotel is located at 161 Ottawa Ave NW, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA. The building was originally built in 1898, and was converted into offices in the 1950s. The space was fully converted into a hotel in 2016. The fire alarm system was upgraded following the 2016 conversion.
