Minto 30 Roe is a large condo tower located at 30 Roehampton Avenue, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The tower opened in 2016, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The system is configured for two-stage operation, however the messages and/or tones are unknown at this time.
Notification Appliances
All common areas have Edwards “Genesis” GC-S7VM speaker/strobes (white, ceiling-mount, no marking, 70V, set to 15cd).
All units have Edwards GC-S7 remote speakers (white, ceiling-mount, no marking, 70V).
