Stonegate Villas is an apartment building located at 1000 Sheppard Ave W, Toronto, Ontario. It was built in 1996, and the fire alarm system is original, with parts replaced as deficiencies occur.

System Specifications (1996-present)

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier System 500 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is continuous.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances except for one are Notifier KMS-6-24VDC/P motor bells (6” gong). These are also installed in each unit.
There is a Mircom BL-10B motor bell (10” gong) on the third floor as a deficiency replacement.

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

All pull stations but one are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations.
There is one Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull station as a deficiency replacement.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are System Sensor “i3” C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the common areas.
Each unit has an FDD CR135 conventional 135-degree fixed temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector.
