System Specifications (2016-present)

FACP

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the lobby. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances

All notification appliances are from Edwards’ “Genesis” line of products.
Most notification appliances are Edwards GCRF-S7VM speaker/strobes (red, ceiling-mount, 70V, FIRE marking, set to 30cd).
Some areas have Edwards GCRF-VM remote strobes (red, ceiling-mount, FIRE marking, set to 30cd).
The guest rooms themselves do not have notification appliances, but some bathrooms have Edwards G1RF-VM remote strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE marking, set to 110cd), and Edwards 405-8A-T remote strobes (red, wall-mount, 110cd).

Initiating Devices

Pull Stations

There appears to be no pull stations in this building, as NFPA does not require them.

Automatic Detection Devices

There are EST SIGA2-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout, mounted on SIGA-SB4 bases.

Modules

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-IM isolator modules on the SLC.
