5802 50 St is the address given to a small commercial plaza in Beaumont, AB. It consists of Sobeys, PetValu, Domino's, Healthstar Chiropractic Walk-In Clinic, Saigon Delights, Edo Japan, and Wild Wing. The plaza was built in 2012, and retains its original fire alarm system.

FACP

The building is protected by an EST QuickStart QS1 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in an electrical room on the North side of Sobeys. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators

There are two EST QSA-1-S cabinets outside consisting of a QS1-CPU-1 annunciator and SL30 zone card, located in the Sobeys entrance vestibule and outside on the North side of Sobeys, facing the other tenants.

Notification Appliances

All of the notification appliances are EST "Genesis" G1-HDVM horn/strobes (white, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd). The horn/strobe by the pharmacy has the horn covered by duct tape.

In the Wild Wing, the horn/strobes are on G1T (white) trim plates.

Code Violations

There is tape covering one horn/strobe's grill in Sobeys, and in Domino's. There is also tape on the SIGA-270 in Domino's.
