Holiday Inn Express is a chain of budget hotels owned by IHG. The chain is headquartered in Denham, England, and has locations globally. This particular hotel is located at 3050 North Kentwood Avenue, in Springfield, Missouri, USA. The hotel opened in 2019, and the fire alarm system is original.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
