Hyatt Place is a midrange hotel chain owned by Hyatt. The chain is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, and has locations globally. This particular hotel is located at 2401 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA. It was built in 2016, and the fire alarm system is original.

All notification appliances are from EST’s “Genesis” line of products.
All common area notification appliances are EST G1RF-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, FIRE lettering, set to 15cd).

There are EST SIGA2-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the hotel. They are mounted on SIGA-SB bases in most areas, and SIGA4-AB4G sounder bases in the guest rooms.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
