Hyatt Place is a chain of midrange hotels owned by Hyatt. The chain is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, and has franchises worldwide. This particular hotel is located at 20 State Farm Place, in Malta, New York, USA. The hotel opened in 2008, and was the first ground-built Hyatt Place hotel in the USA. The fire alarm system is original.
