System Specifications (1994-present)
FACP
The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-640C hybrid-addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main electrical room. The main building and one portable are wired as conventional, while the other portables are addressable. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is continuous for all bells, and temporal for the horn/strobes.
The NFS2-640C replaced the original EST 6632 in 2017 due to not having enough capacity for the new portables.
Notification Appliances
Main Building
All notification appliances in the original school are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10” gong).
The 2013 addition has Mircom BL-10B motor bells (10” gong), also installed in each classroom.
There is also one Edwards MB10-24 motor bell (10” gong) in a classroom in the 2013 expansion.
Portables
Most portables have System Sensor “L-Series” P2RLA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to electromechanical/15cd).
Some portables have Notifier KMS-10-24A motor bells (10” gong).

The 2013 additions have Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull stations.
Most portables have Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations.
The portable wired as conventional has a Notifier NBG-12L conventional dual-action pull station.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are Edwards 6250C conventional ionization smoke detectors in the original building.
The 2013 addition has Mircom “i3” 2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors.
Most portables have Notifier FSP-851A photoelectric smoke detectors, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.
The portable wired as conventional has a System Sensor 5601A conventional 135 degree fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detector.
