The Seton Multiservices Centre is a multi-services building located at 3790 Seton Drive SE, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The building houses Fire Station 41 of the Calgary Fire Department, the Calgary Police Service, Calgary Bylaw Services, and Calgary Parks. The building opened in 2013, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP
The building is protected by an EST iO500 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the south entrance vestibule. The system runs EST’s Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators
There is an EST RLCD-C annunciator paired with an EST RLED24 annunciator in the Fire Station rear entrance vestibule. Both annunciators are mounted in an EST RA-ENC2 enclosure.
Notification Appliances
All indoor notification appliances are Edwards “Genesis” G1R-HDVM horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, no marking, set to 15cd).
For outdoor notification, there are Edwards CS405-7A-T weatherproof remote strobes (red, wall-mount) outside the front and rear entrances.
Initiating Devices
Pull Stations
All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices
There are EST SIGA-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors in some rooms and at the top of each stairwell.
There are EST SIGA-HRS addressable 135-degree fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in the second floor mechanical room.
All aforementioned detectors are mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases.
There are EST "SuperDuct" SIGA-SD addressable photoelectric duct smoke detectors on the two main air handling units.
Modules
There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are EST SIGA-CR addressable relay modules serving various purposes throughout the building.
