Springhill Suites is a chain of midrange hotels owned by Marriott. The chain is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, and has locations throughout North America. This particular hotel is located at 1185 NW Maple Street, in Issaquah, Washington, USA. The hotel opened in 2017, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Silent Knight 6808 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Silent Knight’s SK addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
