The Nolitan is a boutique 4 star hotel located at 30 Kenmare St, New York, NY. It is located in NoLiTa (hence the name), in Lower Manhattan. It was built in 2011, and the fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS2-3030 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the lobby. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is equipped with the Digital Voice Command (DVC) voice evacuation system. The tones and/or messages are unknown at this time.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are Wheelock E70-24MCW speaker/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd). There are no notification appliances in the guest rooms.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations are Notifier NBG-12LX addressable dual-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors located throughout the building, mounted on System Sensor B210LP bases.

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
