Ritz Carlton is an upscale hotel chain owned by Marriott. The chain is headquartered in Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA, and has locations globally. This particular hotel is located at 900 W Olympic Blvd, in Los Angeles, California, USA. The hotel opened in 2010, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by an Edwards EST3 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Edwards’ Signature addressable protocol, and is equipped with voice evacuation. The evacuation signal is unknown at this time.
