Nickle House is an adult continuing care facility operated under the Carewest marque of Alberta Health Services. The local health authority in Alberta, Canada. This particular location is located at 950 Robert Road NE in Calgary, AB. The system is original to the building.

System Specifications

FACP

The building is protected by a Notifier AFP-200 fire alarm system. The panel is located in the front entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is setup as two-stage, however it is setup in a poor manner. As the two stage key switch activates drill and likely does not have a timed evacuation. It does 20BPM slow march in Alert and Temporal in Evacuation.
