Best Western Plus is an American hotel chain owned by Best Western. The chain is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, and has locations worldwide. This particular hotel is located at 460 St. Albert Trail, in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. The hotel was built in 2010, and the fire alarm system is original.

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

There is a Notifier LCD-80 annunciator in the main entrance vestibule.

All common area notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

There are Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout all common areas, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases.

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifier FRM-1A addressable relay modules serving various purposes.
There are Notifier ISO-XA isolator modules on the SLC.

There are Notifier EOL-CR end of line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
