Montana’s is a Canadian chain of western-themed restaurants. This particular restaurant is located at 445 St. Albert Trail Unit 10, in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. The restaurant was built in 1998, and the fire alarm system is mostly original.

The building is protected by a Fire-Lite MS-5UDC conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is temporal.
The MS-5UDC replaced an Edwards EST1.
