KingPins Family Entertainment Center is a chain of two entertainment centers in Oregon. They are known for their bowling alleys, laser tag, and arcades. The Portland location is located at 3550 SE 92nd Ave, Portland, Oregon. It was built in 1961, and was extensively renovated in 2016. The fire alarm system was installed during the renovation.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Silent Knight 5808 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located behind the front desk. The system runs Silent Knight’s SK addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances are from System Sensor’s “SpectrAlert Advance” line of products.
Most notification appliances are System Sensor PC2R horn/strobes (red, ceiling-mount, set to 75cd).
Some areas have System Sensor SCR remote strobes (red, ceiling-mount, set to 75cd).
Other areas have System Sensor SW remote strobes (white, wall-mount, set to 75cd), replacing the following around 2018:

  • System Sensor P2R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd)
  • System Sensor SR remote strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

There are Silent Knight SK-PHOTO addressable photoelectric smoke detectors, mounted on System Sensor B210LP bases.
