Bishop's Manor is a 5-story apartment building/condominium for low income people located at 200 Nina Gardens NE, Calgary, AB. It was built in 2021, and the system is undoubtedly original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Mircom's Advanced addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All common areas have System Sensor "L-Series" P2RLA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, bilingual, set to 15cd/electromechanical).

All units have Mircom MH-S25WA silenceable mini-horns (white, wall-mount), as well as System Sensor SRLA remote strobes (red, wall-mount).

For outdoor notification, there is a System Sensor "SpectrAlert Advance" SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount) outside the main entrance.
