Boston Pizza is a Canadian chain of casual dining restaurants. This particular restaurant is located at 11 Broadway Blvd, Sherwood Park, AB. The restaurant opened in 2004, and the fire alarm system is mostly original, with parts replaced as deficiencies occur.

The building is protected by a Notifier CFP-2410B conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All notification appliances but one are System Sensor “SpectrAlert” P2415A horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 15cd, set to electromechanical). These are also in the washrooms.
The bar side has one Mircom “Select-a-Horn/Strobe” FHS-240R horn/strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd/electromechanical) likely due to supply issues.

All pull stations but one are Notifier MPS-950B conventional single-action pull stations.
There is a Tyco/Grinnell MS-401GR conventional single-action pull station in the entrance vestibule as a deficiency replacement.

None noticed. There is a kitchen suppression system, wired as a zone.

EOLs[edit | edit source]

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all zones and signal circuits.
