The building is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the southwest stairwell on the main floor. The system runs Mircom’s CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All common areas have Mircom “Select-A-Horn/Strobe” FHS-240R horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to electromechanical/15cd).
All suites but one have Mircom MH-S25WA silenceable mini-horns (white).
One suite has a Mircom MH-25W mini-horn (white).

All pull stations are Mircom MS-401AD addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are Mircom MIX-2251BA addressable photoelectric smoke detectors at the top of each stairwell.
There are Mircom MIX-5251RBA addressable 135°F fixed-temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors in all laundry, electrical and mechanical rooms.
All detectors are mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases.

There is a Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor module supervising the sprinkler system’s flow switch.
There are Mircom CSIS-204A signal isolation modules on all signal circuits.
