Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Edmonton South is a hotel located at 4235 Gateway Blvd NW in Edmonton, Alberta. It was built in 1991, and renovated in 2012. The fire alarm system was installed following the 2012 renovation.

FACP[edit | edit source]
The hotel is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located near the main entrance. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and is configured for two-stage operation. The alert signal coding is 20BPM, followed by temporal for the alarm signal.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes. These are located in all public areas of the hotel. There are no signaling devices in the guest rooms.
Initiating Devices[edit | edit source]
Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Notifier N-MPS-2A addressable two-stage single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are likely Notifier FSP-851A addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the hotel, mounted on System Sensor B210LPA bases. There is also a sprinkler system with waterflow detection.
Modules[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
There are Notifeir ISO-XA isolator modules on each SLC.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
