The Beekman is an upscale hotel located at 123 Nassau Street, in New York City, New York, USA. The hotel is owned by Thompson Hotels, a Hyatt brand. The hotel opened in 1881, and was renovated most recently in about 2015. The fire alarm system was upgraded as part of the 2015 renovation.

There are Edwards “Genesis” G1-VM remote strobes (white, wall-mount, no lettering, set to 110cd) in all guest rooms, mounted on Edwards G1T trim plates. All guest rooms also have EST SIGA-AB4G sounder bases.

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are EST SIGA2-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building. These are mounted on EST SIGA-SB4 bases in the common areas, and on EST SIGA-AB4G sounder bases in the guest rooms.

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
