No Frills is a discount grocery store chain owned by Loblaws. This particular store is located at 1103 18 St SE, High River, Alberta. The store opened in 1998 as Extra Foods and was renovated in 2013 to No Frills. The fire alarm system was upgraded following the renovation. The building also houses Dollarama.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by a Notifier NFS-320C addressable fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system runs Notifier’s FlashScan addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

All indoor notification appliances are System Sensor “SpectrAlert Advance” P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).
For exterior notification, there is a System Sensor SRKA weatherproof remote strobe (red, wall-mount, set to 75cd) outside the entrance.

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]

All pull stations but one are Notifier NFM-950B conventional single-action pull stations.
There is a Mircom MS-401 conventional single-action pull station at the entrance as a deficiency replacement. All pull stations are wired to Notifier FMM-101A addressable monitor modules.

There are Notifier FMM-1A addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s flow and tamper switches.

There are Notifier EOL-CR end-of-line resistors on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
