The Birch Kitchen_Bar was a bar located at 628 Connaught Drive, in Jasper, Alberta, Canada. The building opened in the 1960s as Karouzo’s, and became The Birch in 2023 and burned down in 2024. The fire alarm system was upgraded in 1995.

The building was protected by a Notifier System 500 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located behind the bar. The system coding was continuous.

All notification appliances were System Sensor MASS24LOA sounder/strobes (red, wall-mount, 1.5cd, set to 800Hz).
