Alberta Motor Association, best known as AMA is an registration and insurance company. This particular office is located at 10310 G. A. Macdonald Ave, Edmonton, AB, it is a 5-story office building. It was built in 1989, and most of the system is original with parts replaced as deficiencies occur.

The building is protected by a Mircom Series 1000 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the rear entrance vestibule. The system coding is likely temporal.

Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]

Most notification appliances are Cerberus Pyrotronics BMD-1024C vibrating bells (10” gong).
There is an Amseco EXB-10-PV4 motor bell (10” gong) in Insurance as a deficiency replacement.

There are System Sensor 2151A conventional photoelectric smoke detectors in the elevator lobbies. There are duct smoke detectors above the drop ceiling, model to be confirmed. There is also a sprinkler system.
