The building is protected by a Simplex 2001 conventional fire alarm system. The panel is located in the main entrance vestibule. The system is configured for two-stage operation. The alert coding is 20BPM, and the alarm coding is 90BPM (march time).

Most notification appliances are Simplex 2901-9329 vibrating bells (6” gong).
Some areas have Mircom BL-6B motor bells (6” gong) as deficiency replacements.

All pull stations but one are Simplex 2099-9905 conventional two-stage single-action pull stations.
There is a Simplex 2099-9901 conventional single-action pull station in the activity room.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
There are System Sensor C2W-BA conventional photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building.
There are System Sensor D2A conventional photoelectric duct smoke detectors in all roof top units.

There are Simplex 2081-9018C end-of-line resistor plates on all circuits.
