Real Canadian Superstore' is a chain of large supermarkets operated by Loblaws that has stores across Canada. This particular store is located at 19655 Seton Way SE, Calgary, AB. It was built in 2015, and the fire alarm system is original.

The store is protected by a Mircom FX-2000 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs Mircom's CLIP addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.
Annunciators[edit | edit source]
There is a Mircom RAX-LCD LCD annunciator and an RAX-1032TZD LED annunciator in a BB1002 cabinet in the main entrance vestibule.
Notification Appliances[edit | edit source]
All notification appliances are from System Sensor's "SpectrAlert Advance" line of products. Most areas have System Sensor P2RA horn/strobes (red, wall-mount, 2-wire, set to 15cd, low volume). The public restrooms have System Sensor SRA remote strobes (red, wall-mount, set to 15cd).

Pull Stations[edit | edit source]
All pull stations are Mircom MS-401AD addressable pull stations. Most are mounted in STI Stopper II enclosures to prevent accidental activation.
Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]
The hallways and areas with low ceilings have Mircom MIX-2251B addressable photoelectric smoke detectors, mounted on System Sensor B710LPA bases. There is also a sprinkler system with waterflow detection.
Modules[edit | edit source]
There are Mircom MIX-M500MA addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system’s tamper and flow switches.
EOLs[edit | edit source]
There are Mircom MP-300 end-of-line resistor plates on all sprinkler and signal circuits.
