1000 Peaks Lodge, also known as Peaks Lodge, is a 5-story condo building located at 2064 Summit Drive, Panorama Mountain Resort, in British Columbia, Canada. The lodge opened in 2015, and replaced the original lodge which was lost to a fire in 2013. The fire alarm system is original.

FACP[edit | edit source]

The building is protected by an EST iO500 addressable fire alarm system. The panel location is unknown. The system runs EST's Signature addressable protocol, and the system coding is temporal.

Annunciators[edit | edit source]

There is an EST RLCD-C annunciator paired with an EST RLED24 LED annunciator in the elevator area. Both annunciators are mounted inside an EST RA-ENC2 enclosure.

All common area notification appliances are Edwards 439D-10AWC vibrating bells (10" gong).

The units have Edwards 683-1C silenceable mini-horns (white, wall-mount).

All pull stations are EST SIGA-270 addressable single-action pull stations.

Automatic Detection Devices[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA2-PS addressable photoelectric smoke detectors throughout the building, mounted on EST SIGA-SB bases. There is also a sprinkler system with waterflow detection.

Modules[edit | edit source]

There are EST SIGA-CT1 addressable monitor modules supervising the sprinkler system's tamper and flow switches.
